Merry Christmas! I wanted to take the time to wish you a very Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays!  Thank you, from the bottom of my heart for your support this year!
Seeing the month turn from November to December was a little bit shocking to me. Just where did the year go?  My trip back home to Australia is all of a sudden here, and I still have a lot to do!
Even though I am ALWAYS in a growth mindset and constantly evaluating I still feel extremely reflective this time of year and have been asking myself these questions:Have I met all my goals that I put in place at the beginning of 2017?Am I satisfied with my results with regards to my health, my family and my business?And, what are my goals for 2018?You’re probably feeling the same way.  The end of the year is a time to reflect and also to look forward.  What are your health goals for 2018?  Whether are looking to lose weight, gain weight, get more energy or simply commit to a healthy lifestyle, the new year is the time to do it.
As many of you know, I undertook the Arbonne 30 days to Healthy Living program back in September and had great success with it.  It made me mindful of everything that passed my lips, and made me feel more energetic, less bloated and had absolute clarity of mind.  A happy side-effect was that I lost almost 7 kg!
I have been blessed the support from my amazing Arbonne team, that they are running private Facebook support groups every 2 weeks for our clients to take advantage of.  The content in the group has new designed by experts in their field.  My clients and myself included have received so much encouragement and support from the daily posts.  You really feel like you are not alone doing the program.
Due to the “silly season”, we took December off running the support groups, but we will start back Monday 1st January.  The session after that will be Monday 15th January.
